Ladan (The Barn) is an impressive farm building that is visible from miles around. Originally a home to cattle and for the storage of arable products, the Barn was converted for two legged animals in 2008. Today, visitors can experience a farm environment whilst getting fed and watered at our own café in the process!
Through our cultural association we promote biological diversity, locally produced food, sustainability, and arts & crafts. Aside from the café, there are shops to browse, animals to enjoy and farm life to absorb. The perfect antidote to city life!

THE CAFE
The café varies its menu according to the season and uses ingredients from the farm as much as possible. In the summer months we serve salads, pies and other goodies and in the winter good soups and stews. You will also find some unique dishes such as potato waffle with roe prepared by Tobias who runs the café and who proudly serves beer and wine to anyone legally entitled for a celebratory glass or two.
SHOPS
At Uniquebyus you will find clothes, accessories for a relaxed lifestyle. The clothes we have selected are both comfortable and beautiful, whether at the beach, at a party or just enjoying a cozy evening at home.
Here you will also find interior design and unique gems from auctions and flea markets.
You will find fantastic interior design and ceramics at Moroccan Home, all sourced from local producers in Morocco that are hand selected with the greatest care for the best quality and unique craftsmanship. All products are handmade and made from natural materials. Find inspiration from an exciting culture and liven up your home.
FARM ANIMALS
There are Swedish Mallards, Swedish Gulanka, Moorhens, sheep and horses on the farm. We care about the animals’ well-being and that they should be allowed to live in spacious areas where they can work the land and do what they do best, naturally living off the land and contributing to the wellbeing of the soil. What goes around, comes around!
CONFERENCES
It is possible to rent the premises for conferences, events, lectures, workshops, dinners and other gatherings in a lovely environment.
We offer day conferences in the farm’s café. In and around Ladan there are several social areas with space for separate meetings and group work. Why not have a meeting in the middle of plantations with the ducks as your closest neighbors?
